A sprinkling of popular medieval Italian villages known as the Cinque Terre, situated among lush rolling hills, vineyards and olive groves, and nestled among the stately cliffs of the Ligurian Sea, is opening its arms and welcoming visitors back in a warm embrace.

Last fall, floods pummeled the area but after a massive rebuilding effort, the five gems known as Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore, are ready and eager for tourists to return and enjoy vehicle-free streets, wine tastings, restaurants and more.
